Sai Ram Indian Cuisine: Discover Authentic Indian Delights in Appleton

I went here during the evening after a conference and it is phenomenal food. I've been to other Indian restaurants where the lamb tikka masala is very tough and not worth ordering. Not so here! We also tried the shrimp masala which was also great! The service was a little slow which I hate to even knock it because I can see them intentionally not wanting to crowd you while you're eating, but our food had arrived and I was still waiting on my mango juice. Honestly though, a minor gripe. I would not hesitate to eat here again! An excellent restaurant with excellent pricing.

Major nostalgia as the quality and taste of Indian food remained unchanged aka delicious & mouth watering even after 7 years balanced blend of spices, softest bread and cottage cheese cooked to perfection ! Great propertion,aesthetics & staff are extremely hospitable! recommended

Even though I do not live in Appleton when I do venture down to Appleton. This is the only restaurant I go to. When I'm hungry, because each dish is truly an experience of its own as if centuries of beautiful cooks have passed down their family traditions and so to their culture And no matter what dish I have ordered, I have always been pleasantly surprised for sail flavors are a delightful medley. At each time I take a bite makes me experience happy. Pleasant moment of joy, with every fight filling my fuel for a better day. And I thank you all for the hard work and dedication you put into your craft, keep producing Beautiful dishes Until the day you can't and I'll keep coming to your restaurant. Thank you so much

Sai Ram has the best chicken makhani! Their lunch specials are perfect! Choose 2 items and it comes with rice and soup. Get an order of garlic naan, you won't be disappointed! Friendly, quick service!

This is a fine Indian restaurant with really decent ambiance in their well maintained dining room. Our piping hot dishes were excellent, and the service was top notch. Chicken masala was available with dark meat. My son loved the lamb. There is also a nice selection of vegan offerings if my daughter is in town. We will be back again for the bold flavors and proper rice.

Food was fantastic, good variety for vegetarians and meat lovers alike, portions are generous, the different sauces and flavors are amazing. Our server, Keira (spelling?), provided *excellent* service in a time where it is hard to find *good* service. Some of the people in our group took extra time from her and she was patient, graceful, and charismatic. The music, artwork, aromas, and general vibe lend to a great atmosphere. The only knock against it is it seems like the dining room is a work in progress (recent expansion?) as it is a little bit rough around the edges.

Had very great service. First time eating here. First time trying Indian cuisine out. Our server explained the food dishes very well Also asked us how spicy we wanted our plates I went for a 3 on the Curry Chicken. It was just the right amount of spice for me. The favor in the Sauce Wow made me speechless Very nice place to take the family out.

Stopped here on our way back to Green Bay and we were not disappointed. Excellent food, nice restaurant, good portions. I had chicken makhani, which was delicious. My friend enjoyed his chicken masala a lot as well. Girlfriend liked the lamb vindaloo but said she'd probably try something else next time. I tried a little and thought it was very tasty. The best part was absolutely the naan though. Both the plain and the garlic naan were amazing, definitely the best I've ever had by far! My friend also got the almond milk shake (forgot the name) and we all tried it but none of us cared for it. It is like sweet milk with pureed almonds in it. We didn't expect it to be like a typical milkshake, but still didn't really like it. That's the only thing I wouldn't recommend, everything else was great. Definitely will go back if we're in the area again. Don't skip the naan!
